Honigum Heavy impression rubber is specially developed for the two-step impression technique, offering exceptional stiffness after setting. Thanks to this superior fixation capability, it is recommended for implant surgery by the Branemark center. Honigum Heavy comes in two types: fast-setting and standard-setting.

High hardness

The high hardness of Honigum-heavy rubber after curing optimizes the accuracy of the second impression taking. Once removed from the mouth, Honigum hardens and is very easy to cut/sculpt. Especially when used for impression taking in implant surgery, Honigum-Heavy demonstrates excellent hardening and deformation resistance. It is recommended to use it in conjunction with Honigum Light when taking impressions for immediate implant placement. If only used for implant surgery, the dentist only needs to use Honigum Heavy.

Sustainable form

Honigum Heavy offers morphological stability and durability when placed on the impression tray, allowing Honigum Light to penetrate the grooves between teeth and gums when incorporated into the two-step impression process.
