ULTIMATE surgical kit

The Ultimate kit, developed by Global D Corporation, is optimally designed based on advanced technology for bone drilling procedures in implant surgery.

The drills in the Ultimate system are designed for seamless and perfect compatibility with all In-Kone® PRIMO, In-Kone® UNIVERSAL implant lines, and even the latest Acti-Lock 3.0 implant line. (Doctors only need to add 4 additional drill bits to complete the Acti-Lock 3.0 surgical kit.)

1. Extremely precise design and does not cause bone damage.

The drill bits in the Ultimate surgical kit are designed with progressively increasing diameters from 0.2 to 0.3 mm, providing a suitable choice for different bone porosity conditions. Furthermore, the tapered shape of the drill bits enhances accuracy and stability, especially when using larger bits to enlarge the bone cavity for implant placement.

2. Shape is similar to an implant.

The drill bit's shape, similar to that of the implant, enhances bone adhesion across the entire contact surface between the bone and the implant. This ensures absolute initial stability right from the initial healing process.

3. Comfortable for both doctors and patients.

The bifurcated edge of the drill bit helps to keep the drill shaft straight, allowing for easier and smoother drilling into bone. These benefits also contribute to reduced pressure at the drill tip and handpiece joint – providing comfort for the surgeon during the procedure. Low friction and temperature during drilling also contribute to a more comfortable surgical experience for the patient.

4. Easy control

The 120-degree angle at the drill tip helps the doctor limit the possibility of drilling too deep and increases visual control when needing to monitor the drilling depth. Good control of the drill is extremely important when drilling in locations with obstructions that need to be avoided (nerves, etc.).

5. Effectiveness

The drill bit has 4 spiral grooves that help to efficiently remove the drilled bone. The bone area for implantation will be well prepared and fit the implant to be placed.

6. Accurate classification for each degree of bone porosity.

ULTIMATE drill bits are color-coded, allowing for precise identification of the final drill bit based on the porosity of the bone graft site; thus ensuring optimal initial stability.

7. High level of safety

The drill bit surface is treated to be non-reflective against the light from the handpiece. Global D also offers an optional stopper to help precisely position the implant depth, maximizing support for the implant's tissue creeping profile.

8. Provide complete tools

In addition to the use of a rotary handpiece, the ULTIMATE kit also provides the doctor with a removable torque wrench. The torque can reach 20-80 N.cm without negatively affecting the bone graft site. This allows for safe drilling depths when drilling in areas with surgical obstructions (nerves, etc.).
