Silagum solid impression rubber
The right solution for all impression techniques.
Silagum has been known for many years as clinical proof of the reliability and stability of VPS-based impression materials. Silagum's hydrophilic properties provide optimal compatibility with hard tissues and mucous membranes in the moist oral environment. Combined with its fluid viscosity, the material can penetrate subgingival areas, delivering highly detailed and accurate impressions even on the smoothest surfaces. Furthermore, its high elasticity makes removing the impression from the patient's mouth easier. Any deformation is safely restored, ensuring reliable recovery.
- The stamp sample can be preserved for a long time.
- The ability to recover is excellent.
- Hydrophilic, with high color contrast between different viscosities.
- Designed for all dental impression taking applications.
Silagum-Putty
VPS impression rubber in solid form. The final hardness of Silagum-Putty Soft, specifically designed for the MixStar machine, is adjusted for two packaging options: in a traditional jar and in a pair for the machine, to facilitate easier impression removal from the patient's mouth.
ADVANTAGE:
- It has snap-set features.
- Easy to use
- Excellent ability to recover after deformation.
The introduction of Honigum impression rubber.
Launched in 1997, Honigum is the most successful and popular line of impression silicones worldwide. DMG continues to improve this product line to meet the diverse needs of physicians globally. Honigum continues to provide physicians with the most advanced technical applications and indications. DMG's Honigum products share a common advantage: the highest quality materials combined with excellent application. Impression products often compromise: either good flow/penetration or stability. However, this is not entirely true when evaluating the Honigum product line. Based on its proprietary "rheologically active matrix" technology, the Honigum product line delivers excellent results in both aspects.
- High hardness
- Sustainable form
- "Snap-Set" technology provides a comfortable experience.
Honigum-Putty heavy rubber impression
Honigum-Putty heavy-duty impression rubber is specially developed for the two-step impression technique, possessing exceptionally high hardness after setting. Thanks to its excellent hardening ability, it is recommended for impressions in implant surgery by the Branemark Center. Honigum Putty comes in two types: fast-setting and regular-setting. High hardness after setting optimizes the accuracy and detail of the second impression. And after being removed from the mouth, Honigum-Putty hardens easily and is easy to sculpt. Especially when used for implant impressions: Honigum-Putty demonstrates excellent hardening and deformation resistance. It is recommended for use in conjunction with Honigum-Light when taking impressions for immediate implant restorations. If used only for implant surgery impressions, Honigum-Putty alone is sufficient. Stable morphology: Honigum-Putty maintains its morphological stability when placed on the impression tray. Honigum-Light penetrates into the grooves between teeth and gums, and narrow spaces, when incorporated into the two-step impression process.
"Snap-Set" technology
Thanks to the advanced "Snap-Set" technology developed by DMG, Honigum-Putty has an advantage unmatched by any competitor on the market: comfortable working time combined with a short in-mouth procedure time. This comfortable working time makes material mixing easier, minimizing material deformation and displacement due to inaccuracies. The short in-mouth procedure time also provides a noticeably more comfortable experience for patients during treatment.
