Composite Vittra APS Unique
From Bleach to D4 with just one composite!
It has a chameleon effect, making color selection unnecessary and minimizing inventory, while providing high mechanical durability and excellent gloss for restoration.
Composite Vittra APS
The formula contains spherical zirconium silicate filler particles, which facilitate easy polishing and create a superior, smooth finish with improved abrasion resistance, resulting in long-lasting aesthetic durability for the restoration.
Furthermore, the proprietary APS technology (Advanced Polymerization Technology) extends polymerization time by four times, allowing dentists to comfortably perform shaping even under reflected light. This technology also delivers true-to-life colors with minimal difference between before and after polymerization, colorfastness, and improved mechanical properties.

II. Product Information for DeltaFil Sealing Cement
By providing revolutionary materials, DMG has gradually proven its position after more than 50 years in the ever-changing dental market. DMG continuously researches and improves its products. And one of the successful products thanks to DMG's innovative technology is DeltaFil cement. DeltaFil constantly innovates with the ability to increase wear resistance for restorations without affecting biocompatibility and fluoride release, and it will certainly not disappoint you.
1. DeltaFil cement composition
DeltaFil cement is preferred due to its successful application of elastomeric micelle technology. With this technology, elastic molecules are incorporated into the material to prevent potential microcracks. In addition to stability, this technology allows for easy handling, similar to composites.
2. Reasons why you should choose DeltaFil sealant cement
2.1. Extremely easy to use with high aesthetic appeal.
Sometimes, the instability of certain materials makes bonding difficult for dentists, resulting in unsightly results and lengthy preparation times. With DeltaFil, you don't need to worry about that. DeltaFil is easy to mold, has excellent stability, and doesn't stick to instruments, minimizing the dentist's processing time. Additionally, DeltaFil comes in a variety of colors (5 colors: A1, A2, A3, A3.5, A4), allowing patients to choose their preferred bonding color.
2.2. Durability over time
Thanks to patented micelle technology, DeltaFil cement delivers outstanding performance with impressive flexural and fracture strength. You don't need to spend time and effort applying multiple layers of protective varnish to achieve a naturally bright tooth surface.
Elastomeric technology delivers excellent results.
2.3 Minimize tooth sensitivity.
With its superior formula, after treatment with DeltaFil cement, your patients will experience no pain and reduced risk of post-treatment sensitivity. This can be considered a success for DMG, helping patients avoid the fears associated with dental treatment.
3. Indications for the use of DeltaFil cement
-

Pre-silanization enhances the bonding ability with the adhesive material.
Today, LuxaPost fiberglass posts are available in two packaging options: 5-post kits and 10-post kits – offering both convenience and cost savings for dentists. These fiberglass-reinforced composite posts provide absolute flexural strength, just like natural dentin.
The outstanding advantages of LuxaPost
Just like natural tooth structure : With LuxaCore Z, the material properties of LuxaPost are also based on real teeth. LuxaPost's absolute flexural value is low, equivalent to natural dentin. This property aims to minimize the pressure exerted on the root canal after post placement and reduce the risk of root fracture. High translucency prevents the post from shining through the tooth tissue. Therefore, maximum aesthetics are ensured without any obstacles.
Pre-silanized and radiopaque: The new generation of LuxaPost fiberglass posts is radiopaque and pre-silanized. This fully meets the practical needs of dentists, simplifying procedures and reducing treatment costs. Additional silane is no longer necessary. For dentists who still wish to add silane before treatment, DMG still provides a silane system if needed.
LuxaCore Z - Composite for core reconstruction and pin fixation
Advantage:
- Material that resembles real tooth enamel.
- Very high compressive strength
- Adding Zirconia filler helps increase load-bearing capacity.
- Excellent flow properties
- Reliable coincidence
- Materials used for both core formation and post placement.
- Maximize bending strength when combined with LuxaPost.
Like real ivory, it allows for precise preparation.
Bone marrow reconstruction composite LuxaCore Z is a premium composite from DMG. The material used in abutment preparation and post placement offers a cutting capability similar to natural dentin. This ensures controlled material removal, precise margin preparation, and optimal control by the dentist using the abutment. At the transition points from dentin to the LuxaCore Z area, it is difficult to distinguish the difference. This material allows for preparation without the need for grooving or undercutting. This ideal condition enables dental technicians to perform their work with precision. The result: Excellent fit, long-lasting restoration, and the best possible care for your patient. The combined products offered ensure the best quality of treatment: LuxaPost – a composite post and LuxaBond-Total Etch – a bonding system – will be invaluable assistants to dentists in restorative cases.
The outstanding value of LuxaCore Z
LuxaCore Z offers the most natural-looking restoration, closely resembling real teeth and dentin, compared to its competitors. Furthermore, the addition of zirconia fillers provides excellent compressive strength. This ensures top-quality restoration and a natural appearance. (See chart on the right)
Excellent flow properties
The material's excellent flow properties ensure maximum adaptability, especially in the wall shape of deep cavities and post placement areas. When used in post placement, it is advantageous to use a material with a thin film thickness of only 20 μm, such as Luxacore Z! (the ISO 4049 standard limit for cement-based bonding materials is 25 μm).
Using fewer materials means a more reliable solution.
Monolithic = Stable
The more rushed the process, the slower it becomes. A single material is sufficient for both the crown preparation and post placement. This reduces time pressure, simplifies the work, and creates a reliable restoration. LuxaCore Z crown restoration material can be used with any pre-silanized post. However, DMG's LuxaPost is recommended for best results. This fiberglass post has the same absolute flexural value as LuxaCore Z and natural dentin. Using a small amount of the appropriate material for a single unit ensures high stability. Compressive stresses can be avoided in a sensitive system of tooth, post, bonding material, and crown preparation.
