- Specially designed depth markers (868B) determine the required depth of grinding (0.3 and 0.4mm), resulting in a depth of 0.4 or 0.5mm in the final preparation after completion.
- The narrow sections of the working part of the depth marker are coated with a not too fine diamond, ensuring efficient grinding of the tooth tissue without generating excessive heat at the bottom of the prepared grooves.
- This 4388 Veneer Restoration Specialist Set includes: medium (100 μm) coarse diamond (868) tapered burs and fine (30 μm) finishing burs (8868) to match the depth markers. The depth markers, coarser burs, and finishing burs are all the same size (tapered with rounded tips).
- Two matching sizes cover all indications in the anterior region.
- Oval diamond coarse grinding head (379) and corresponding finishing instrument (8379) allow the preparation of functionally adjusted inner veneers.
- In case of need for removal of excess composite it can be removed under complete control with the smooth interdental bur (852EF) or with the ovoid finishing bur (379EF), both coated with ultra-fine grit (grain size: 15 μm).

Honigum-Light lightweight impression rubber is a high-precision silicone impression material.
Honigum Light is a revolutionary lightweight impression rubber product that meets both criteria: excellent flow/penetration and exceptional stability. It is suitable for cases requiring highly detailed and precise impressions, in combination with Honigum Heavy and Honigum putty. Because of these superior features, this product has received top marks and is recommended by the prestigious organization “The Dental Advisor” *Elastomeric Impression Materials. The Dental Advisor 2006; 23 (3): 1-7.
A clever invention from DMG: “Rheologically Active Matrix”
This technology allows the material to be highly flexible yet stable depending on the impression taking situation.
The stability exceeded expectations.
Under low pressure, Honigum-light impression rubber exhibits higher viscosity than its competitors. This allows it to remain stable in the impression area without leaking or dripping. Under high pressure (when the impression tray is placed in the patient's mouth), the viscosity of Honigum Light changes, allowing the silicone to flow into narrow crevices, resulting in highly detailed and accurate impressions.
The introduction of Honigum impression rubber.
Launched in 1997, Honigum is the most successful and popular line of impression silicones worldwide. DMG continues to improve this product line to meet the diverse needs of physicians globally. Honigum continues to provide physicians with the most advanced technical applications and indications. DMG's Honigum products share a common advantage: the highest quality materials combined with excellent application. Impression products often compromise: either good flow/penetration or stability. However, this is not entirely true when evaluating the Honigum product line. Based on its proprietary "rheologically active matrix" technology, the Honigum product line delivers excellent results in both aspects.
- High hardness
- Sustainable form
- "Snap-Set" technology provides a comfortable experience.
Honigum-Putty heavy rubber impression
Honigum-Putty heavy-duty impression rubber is specially developed for the two-step impression technique, possessing exceptionally high hardness after setting. Thanks to its excellent hardening ability, it is recommended for impressions in implant surgery by the Branemark Center. Honigum Putty comes in two types: fast-setting and regular-setting. High hardness after setting optimizes the accuracy and detail of the second impression. And after being removed from the mouth, Honigum-Putty hardens easily and is easy to sculpt. Especially when used for implant impressions: Honigum-Putty demonstrates excellent hardening and deformation resistance. It is recommended for use in conjunction with Honigum-Light when taking impressions for immediate implant restorations. If used only for implant surgery impressions, Honigum-Putty alone is sufficient. Stable morphology: Honigum-Putty maintains its morphological stability when placed on the impression tray. Honigum-Light penetrates into the grooves between teeth and gums, and narrow spaces, when incorporated into the two-step impression process.
"Snap-Set" technology

O-Bite Occlusal Impression Rubber
O-Bite self-mixing VPS occlusal rubber has a Shore A 93 hardness. It ensures dentists can obtain excellent, detailed occlusion measurements without causing bruising. Another advantage of this rubber is that it is developed based on Vinyl-Silicone, resulting in a seamless structure with high durability, resistance to breakage, and excellent final hardness. O-Bite is cut to size using surgical knives or silicone cutters.
This material boasts many superior properties, including a patient-friendly orange color and fruity scent. Rated 4.5 stars by The Dental Advisor, O-Bite occlusal impression rubber is a top choice in dental clinics worldwide.
Outstanding features of O-Bite
- Extremely high hardness after freezing.
The hardness of O-Bite after hardening is 93.3, the hardest among VPS impression materials. O-Bite provides highly accurate bite impressions on the articulator, ensuring the fabrication of perfect prosthetics for patients. Softer rubbers lead to inaccurate impressions on the articulator, resulting in wasted time and effort in prosthetic fabrication. Worse still, it can lead to misaligned prosthetics, significantly impacting chewing ability after restoration.
Inject O-bite directly onto the patient's teeth (occlusal surface).
